My stay at Welcomhotel By Itc Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar was wonderful! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was truly delightful, featuring an exceptional spread that catered to all tastes, including the scrumptious Amritsari kulcha.

Unfortunately, my experience at Welcomhotel was mixed. We faced considerable delays with our room check-in, as we arrived at 2:30 PM and were informed that even after a prior request for early check-in, our rooms were not ready. Additionally, the dining options were disappointing. I found the food at the restaurant to be below standard, especially the overcooked kheema, which I could not eat. It seems that fresh cooking standards were not met, which was surprising for such a reputed hotel.

The ambiance is among the finest I’ve experienced. The location is fantastic, close to the airport and away from the noise. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating.

I also loved the outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing spa treatments they offered. The layout was a tad confusing at first, but I quickly got the hang of it.
